At Reviyve's Stress Relief Product site, all purchases of our products are covered by our 30-day unconditional money back guarantee. If, within 30 days, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the product, and we will gladly replace, exchange or refund (less shipping) the full product price to you. NO handling fees!
SHIPPING POLICY:
Once we have received your order, and payment is verified, the parcel will be sent out the same business day. All orders placed before 4pm EST, Monday thru Friday will be processed the same business day. Any orders placed after 4 pm EST and on a weekend will be processed the following business day.
Occasionally items ordered together may be shipped separately. “Out of Stock” items will be shipped as soon as available. If there will be a delay of 2 weeks or longer, we will notify you via email. You will not be charged additional shipping for back ordered items.
We ship our parcels via regular mail. In some instances, express mail can be arranged. After your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
**Please note that all Candles, Aroma Beads and Aroma sprays are sent via UPS. All other product shipments are sent via US Postal Service. For this reason, you may receive your order in 2 shipments.
Standard Delivery is 7 to 12 business days but can be faster.
RETURN POLICY:
- Please contact us first before returning any product. All Returns and Exchanges must be arranged within 30 days after delivery and assigned an RA# (Return Authorization Number). We reserve the right to refuse packages without an assigned RA#.
- Please return goods as securely as possible in original carton and packaging and do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
- Please include your Order Number and Date of Purchase, reason for return and action required (i.e. refund/replacement) and RA # in the shipment on a separate piece of paper.
- Ship via insured parcel post, or another traceable method. This is in your best interest as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
